Are you and your spouse competing for attention?
You share the same heart rate and blood pressure so stress and agitation is easily shared equal. Stop assuming you can read each others minds. TALK. It is healthy to argue and even helps with arousal, be strong. Take control and choose one activity you can do for each other a day and make it a priority. Then make five minutes a day to think of three things you can be proud about and be proud. Its tough but the challenge is what keeps us going. Doing things that excite you make you more connected to the present moment and boosts your self esteem. Find ways to spice things up again and get out of routine. If hes bored your just predictable. Try watching a t.v. show together and make out during the commercials cuddle up and flirt with each other. Try making getting out of bed as intimate as getting into it. Do your makeup naked. If you have to wear panty hose wear thigh highs and keep it your sexy little secret. Buy a game you can play together it raises testosterone levels in both men and women. Get out of the bedroom. Wear heels occasionally, they work the muscles linked to the female orgasm. Change pace be assertive and dominate if hes usually the one to bring up sex, try catching him off guard for once. Try to get sleep without it our body's undergo an imbalance of leptin and ghrelin hormones for energy. Drink some orange juice the vitamin C will give you energy. Turn up some of your favorite tunes! Just get to stretch at your own pace breathe in deep and relax even for five minutes a day. Excersize relieves stress back pain and helps you to sleep better.

Laugh even if you don't mean it find something to smile about this will help boost your immune system too.
