As a reward you will come to know a love you couldn't imagine possible before parenthood. You have all the tools you need, whether or not you see them they are all in reach. As for that husband of yours. Thats another job in itself. Right?

Feeling Overwhelmed and Cranky?

Excersize stimulates the brain to produce endorphins that make us feel happy. Eat a good breakfast, eat something with iron it will help carry oxygen to your muscles. Try to get sleep without it our body's undergo an imbalance of leptin and ghrelin hormones for energy. Drink some orange juice the vitamin C will give you energy. Turn up some of your favorite tunes! Just get to stretch at your own pace breathe in deep and relax even for five minutes a day. Excersize relieves stress back pain and helps you to sleep better.
Try to catch some sun throughout the day.
Laugh even if you don't mean it find something to smile about this will help boost your immune system too.
Boil ground ginger in water and soak hand towels on your achy legs.
Use a tennis ball to massage your back to lower cortisol levels.
Folic acid in your diet reduces stress.
